A Message from our Administrator

As always, our team and I hope this email finds you safe and healthy.

I would like to begin with an update to you on the facility wide testing that was conducted 5/13/2020. We were able to test all but 5 residents and 10 staff members. This was mandated by Governor Baker and the MA Department of Public Health with a minimum testing result of 90%.  Our center is well within that threshold, but we will retry with a few residents to see if they would reconsider their initial choice to refuse the test and contact 10 staff members who weren’t available to get them tested as soon as possible.

We had our infection control survey with the MA DPH on 05/14/2020 and were told by the surveyor that she had no concerns, our PPE inventory was substantial, and our staff was well versed in infection control policy and procedures.

We continue to schedule consistent staffing on all our units. We continue to follow all CDC and state guidelines and receive regular updates on new guidelines that are offered. This information is shared with our staff and additional training is continually taking place.

We continue to offer FaceTime & video calls and window visits for you and your loved ones. Please continue to contact me at administrator@plymouthrhcc.com to request virtual visits or ask questions.

As a reminder our next “Town Hall” Zoom meeting is scheduled for May 20, 2020 at 2:00pm (see below for meeting information) and we will discuss more detailed information on center updates. We encourage any residents and family members to contact 508-746-4343 with any questions you may have about the care we are offering. Our commitment is to be as transparent as possible and work to address any issues that arise. This is an incredibly challenging time and we will continue to do all we can to get through this, together.

Thank you and please stay safe and healthy!
